Is AnieLab free to use?

Yes. AnieLab is currently free for all users. If we introduce paid tiers in the future, free accounts will always have access to core collaboration features.

Can I use AnieLab for non-anime projects?

AnieLab is built for anime creators, but there is nothing stopping you from using it for other creative projects. The tools work for any kind of collaborative production.

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard security: argon2id password hashing, encrypted sessions, HTTPS everywhere, and regular security audits. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

What happens if I delete my account?

Your data enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account. After 30 days, we permanently delete your personal data and project files. Content you contributed to shared projects may remain accessible to other team members.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can download your assets and project files at any time. Contact us if you need a full export of your account data.

What file types are supported?

Any file type. We do not restrict what you can upload. Common formats include PSD, .blend, .mb, .ma, .png, .jpg, .mp4, .mov, .wav, .mp3, .pdf, and more.

Who owns the content I upload?

You do. AnieLab only gets a license to host and display your content so the platform can function. You retain full ownership of everything you upload.
