Account Recovery
If you lose access to your account — forgot your password, lost your passkey device, or locked yourself out — AnieLab provides several recovery paths.
Password reset
Request a password reset from the login page. A 6-digit code is sent to your email. Enter the code and choose a new password.
Recovery codes
If you enabled 2FA and saved your recovery codes, use one to bypass 2FA and regain access.
Account restoration
Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period. You can restore your account by entering the email and a code sent to that email. After 30 days, the account and its data are permanently deleted.
Recovery email
If you signed up with a passkey only (no password), set a recovery email in Settings. This email can receive OTPs for account recovery.
